Presto, first released in 2013, provides enterprises with secure, in-network printing for employees on a range of mobile and desktop devices. I have this issue also and contacted collobos - they knew nothing about it, we have never purchased their software, never downloaded their trials, this happens on a brand new out of the box Mac & 4 others we tested in our office.
